Our Guiding Principles were established by our third President and CEO, Mr. hisashi Sakamoto, in 1964. These represent our three most important spirits expressing the growth of our business and employees, a strong desire to compete, and a relationship of trust with our employees and society.

Corporate Philosophy

This was presented in 1990 by our seventh President and CEO Mr. Shohei Hamada. It is a philosophy that clearly defines the way the NHK Spring Group provides value, taking on new ways of thinking and action from a global perspective and giving back to society at large through the results of these efforts.
