① Opportunity to participate in management

By exercising voting rights at the General Meeting of Shareholders held every June, shareholders can participate in the management of the company. In addition, we provide shareholders with information by sending shareholder newsletters and updating our IR website. Voting rights are granted for each trading unit (100 shares).

② Opportunity to receive dividends

Shareholders are entitled to receive dividends based on the number of shares they own. Dividends are paid twice a year as a year-end dividend (June) and an interim dividend (December).

HOW TO BECOME A SHAREHOLDER

    Open a securities account

    To purchase stocks, you will need a securities account. If you do not have a securities account, please open an account first. For details, please contact your local securities account office or a securities company that offers Internet trading.
    *Please note that we cannot accept or process stock purchases. Please use your own judgment when purchasing shares.

  2. STEP

    Purchase shares

    You purchase shares of stock through a securities company by depositing the necessary amount of money into your account with the securities company. NHK Spring's shares are traded on the Tokyo Stock Exchange (Securities Code: 5991). NHK Spring's shares are traded in units of 100 shares.
    *In addition to the above, it is necessary to pay a trading commission to the securities company.

In the event of a stock split, etc., no retroactive adjustment is made to the related indices.
In the event of stock splits, etc., retroactive adjustments of related indices are not made.
