NHK Spring Co., Ltd. (Head office: Yokohama, Japan; President & COO: Kazuhisa Uemura) announced on April 1, 2024, that we will terminate the manufacture and sale of all products related to our chemical products business (Polyurethane Products) at the end of March 2025.
It has now initiated discussions with a candidate company for the purpose of transferring the chemical products business to it. NHK Spring hereby announces that, going forward, the transaction details will be carefully examined by the company in question, with the aim of concluding a final agreement by the end of December 2024.
