Cars cannot be made without springs!?
It is said that as many as 4,000 springs or spring-related parts are used in a single automobile. These include suspension springs and seats for enhancing ride comfort, engine valve springs, brake and clutch springs, and many other springs of various shapes and sizes depending on their role. Recently, suspensions supporting magnetic heads are also used in car navigation system HDDs. Cars are evolving rapidly, but springs are and always will be indispensable key components.
