Thin leaf springs
Thin leaf springs are literally springs in the shape of thin plates. Disc springs are formed from a disc with a hole in the center, shaped into a conical form.

Thin Leaf Springs
These springs are made from thin plates. They have no fixed shape, but are made into various forms depending on the intended use.

High-strength Disc Spring TERA
Our TERA high-strength disc springs, developed for use in machine tools, etc., are adopted by many domestic manufacturers.

Special Disc Springs
These springs are formed from a disc with a hole in the center, shaped into a cone resembling a dish with no base. The special disc springs can support large weights in a relatively small space.

Cylindrical-headed disc spring
Developed for specific applications, this product has a cylindrical section at the end of a disc spring for absorbing deformation of the disc spring section. As a result, the disc spring's unique non-linear load-deflection characteristics are maintained, while at the same time, the effects of friction are eliminated. By using this, the dynamic spring constant can be set to a small value. This reduces the primary resoce frequency of the system, thereby mitigating vibration transmission in the high-frequency band.
